Delivery Information

We deliver every weekday (excluding public holidays).
Same day delivery can be arranged by calling the store. Orders need to be placed before 12 Noon and will be scheduled for evening delivery. Please call us on +61 (0)2 9328 3200
All morning deliveries are between 9am to Midday, close for ordering at 3pm the day prior.
Afternoon deliveries are between 1pm to 3pm. Close for ordering at 6pm, the prior day.
Evening deliveries are between 3pm to 6pm. Close for ordering at 6pm, prior day.
Orders for Monday delivery must be placed by midday Sunday
Delivery Instructions: If possible, it is better if someone is present at delivery. That way we are able to rectify any issues you may have straight away. If you can't be there, you can give instructions explaining where you would like your products to be left. Eg Back doorstep , In the garage , with Neighbours etc. Below your Cart (on the "Check Out" page) you can add "Additional comments & delivery instructions...." Please leave any relevant details or requests there.

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with all relevant order details.

Airport deliveries. For those wishing to take meat overseas we can pack and deliver to the airport. Please call the store to discuss what we can do for you.
